We were appointed by TATAMASA group as the property management for this building and has successfully increase the occupancy rate for up to 90% by only four months. |

Our role is to manage the property 24 hours and make sure the M & E System work as it should be. In two years managing this property, we were successfully attract a number of major TV stations in Indonesia, such as ANTV, RCTI, TV7 and Trans TV to rent the studio and have successfully help the client to manage in lowering their operational expenses through our M & E strategy. |
